Owner-led. Built on accountability.

Meet Cameron, owner of Apex

Every project is accepted and managed by Apex Contracting, and the company stands behind the work. As owner, Cameron remains closely involved in project evaluation, scope development, and client communication. When a project requires additional capacity or specialized trades, Apex coordinates employees and qualified subcontractors under one clear scope and point of responsibility.

“Doing the job right is not just completing the contract. It means knowing every detail was considered and the person was taken care of as well as possible.”

Why Apex exists

Built on initiative

Apex began after Cameron saw what initiative, careful work, and real responsibility could accomplish inside another home-services company—and decided to build a company around those values from the start. Years spent improving family properties and learning carpentry, masonry, metalwork, and practical problem-solving gave him the confidence to work through unfamiliar conditions without losing sight of the person affected by them.

Doing what is right

Growing up around a family business also taught him that doing what is right matters even when it is not the easiest or most profitable choice. The work is never only about completing a contract. It is about communicating in a way each client can understand, making sound decisions, and leaving a home, property, or facility better cared for than it was before.

Practical recommendations

That judgment carries into every recommendation: maintain what should be maintained, repair what can be responsibly repaired, and replace something when replacement is truly the better long-term decision. For commercial managers, that means protecting the asset, making decisive recommendations, and removing one more concern from an already demanding workload.

A company people can be proud of

Cameron’s goal is to grow Apex into a place where people are proud to work, trusted to take initiative, and encouraged to become capable leaders—while protecting properties, serving the community, and building work that people can feel good about for years to come.

Home maintenance, handled.

Before we get started

A few useful answers.

What to expect when planning work with Apex.

Do you serve my area?

Apex serves Corvallis, Albany, Hillsboro, Portland, Vancouver, and surrounding Oregon and southwest Washington communities. Availability depends on the project’s location, scope, timing, and safe access. Check the listed communities or send your property location with your request.

What should I include when requesting an estimate?

Include the property location, the work you have in mind, your preferred timing, and any access considerations. Photos are helpful when available. Apex can then confirm the next step and whether a site visit is needed to define the scope. Start a project request.

How is scheduling arranged?

Share whether your timing is flexible or you have a specific timeframe. Smaller projects may be grouped into efficient routes. Priority scheduling may be available for time-sensitive work; availability is confirmed before a date is agreed.

What is included in a HomeCare plan?

Your agreed plan defines the services included for your property. HomeCare combines planned care, visible-condition observations, photo documentation, and practical recommendations. Annual prepay saves 5%; monthly payment spreads the cost across 12 payments and includes a 5% administrative fee. When gutters are included in an annual plan, it also includes one interior gutter-seam reseal when standard sealant is sufficient. Explore HomeCare.

Can I book a one-time service?

Yes. You can request a single service or a defined repair or improvement project without an ongoing HomeCare plan. Tell us what you need so Apex can confirm the scope, availability, and next step.
