No service over $2,000.00 will begin without a signed agreement.

We reserve the right to pause or terminate work for non-payment.

  • Work already performed and materials purchased are the customer's responsibility.

  • Delays due to weather, supply shortages, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Damages caused by pre-existing issues not visible during initial inspection.

Our liability is limited to the terms agreed upon in your written service contract.

Workmanship warranties are provided according to the details in your contract. Manufacturer warranties on materials are honored as applicable.
